The Young and the Reckless

The year is 1966, and an adventurous Chuck Engberg is scouting out future Tour passes on a moped in the fog. I guess the style back then was a nice suit and no helmet. This photo was taken while Eddy Merckx was still a teenager and Lance Armstrong did not exist. Chuck is still climbing these passes, but this time on a bicycle.
